Step 2:

Print out the forms, review the dealer agreement, fill out and sign the Dealer Application and EFT Forms.

Step 3:

Fax the following items to 1-866-901-9591 for processing:

1. Dealer Application (completed and signed)
2. EFT Form (completed and signed) and a copy of a voided check (for direct funding)
3. Mail original forms to:

   Canada, M5W 6A3
   

Once faxed please allow 3 to 7 days for processing. For application status please call Merchant Services at 1-866-722-3346.

Once your application is approved a welcome kit will be mailed to you.
