MAHWAH, N.J. (7/10/07) - Gregory S. Dorniak, was named vice president, business design and development at Shoppers Charge Accounts Co. (SCA), the private label credit card division of TD Banknorth, N.A.

In this newly created position, the 20-year veteran of the banking industry will direct a variety of special projects, including the roll-out of an initiative designed to enhance the roll-out of new credit card programs at SCA clients.

Dorniak was most recently vice president, call center manager for Interchange Bank/TD Banknorth in Saddle Brook, N.J., a post he held since 1999. Prior to that, he was vice president/call center manager for Hudson United Bank in Mahwah. He started his career in 1988 as a credit analyst at Midlantic Bank and later served as assistant vice president for the institution’s BankPhone 24 customer service unit.

A resident of West Milford, N.J., Dorniak earned a B.A. from the County College of Morris in New Jersey, and is also a graduate of the American Institute of Banking.
